Hey guys,
I've been working to create my own Winter Elf race. I've included a link and would like feedback. Please do useful feedback. Saying, "it's broken" doesn't help me. Please explain why it's broken. Or saying, "Someone else has a Winter Elf already" is useless too. What I'm looking for is game balance feedback. If you see something in the feats/powers that's going to be too overpowered for the game.
I created the winter elf as a means to give another option for swordmages, although there are some things that make them viable as wizards also. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on other classes they might fit well into.
