Are there other published items like the bestiary, which grants a reroll on a failed monster knowledge check after an hour of study? If not, is there a resource of fan-created material of this nature?

Here are some (Eberron-specific) items I've created to demonstrate what I mean and/or get others' creative juices flowing:

A Guide to the Early Annals of the Empire of Dhakaan

Category: Gear
Price: 25 gp
Weight: 3 lb
Description: This book offers lore about the ancient hobgoblin Empire of Dhakaan. When you fail a history check related to the Dhakaani Empire, you can reroll the check by spending one hour studying the guide. You must use the second result.

Contemplations of the Planes

When you fail a knowledge check (arcane, religion, or dungeoneering) related to the planes or planar effects, you can reroll the check by spending one hour studying the guide. You must use the second result.

NO ONE has characters who are interested in scholarly pursuits, plundering arcane halls and libraries for tomes and tablets of ancient lore?

Ask and ye shall receive? Sort of. No mechanical benefits, but...
