Alright i need help. I am approaching the requirements for becoming a pale master caster and this is my first time using a prestige class or multiclassing. so once i reach the requirments and do what needs to be done to become one. how do i level up my character after that point? do i stop lvling my sorcerer or do they level up at the same time?

what i ultimatly want to know is how to level my class without my sorcerer being stuck with weak spells and my prestige class to maxed out (granted its maxed out at 10 levels). is there a way where i can lvl them at the same time or anything. please help me out
