arg, now I have to trash my monk|wizard, as if hybriding monk was not enough of a cost to make net training work on an implment user
Insulting someones grammar on a forum is like losing to someone in a drag race and saying they were cheating by having racing stripes.
Not only do the two things not relate to each other (the logic behind the person's position, and their grammar) but you sound like an idiot for saying it (and you should, because its really stupid )

Perhaps they should turn "the sovereign will" back into an encounter now that they removed the intimidate bonus. Beyond that utility power, the whole ED is inferior to many other, non-race restricted ones. Its not like there arent a bunch of other "divine ruler" epic destinies.

It does not seem to be as substantial an update as I was expecting, given its one of the twice yearly developer fed updates. Compare it to Decembers update, for example - does this mean that there are so few things left in 4e that need updating? Or is it a sign that 4e is not receiving the same level of support?

Possibly the latter, but any devs who chime in will tell you that it's due to some convention or other coming up. (Aren't there always conventions coming up? Why do they always disrupt the way things are run at WotC so bad?)
