The deadly draw feat is: DEADLY DRAW Whenever you pull or slide an enemy to a square adjacent to you, you gain combat advantage against that enemy until the end of your next turn.
So if you attack a dwarf that is adjacent and slide it one square which is then reduced to 0 due to the dwarf's power stand your ground do you gain CA against it?

If you stand up in a square after being knocked prone do you move? Would this not be the same?

No, you don't move. You didn't left a square to enter another, which is what move means.

You used a Move action, you did not "move" in 4e terms. Not the same thing.
