Quick question.
Storm Sorcerer using Lightning Strike one enemy and chosing "An enemy of your choice other than the target and within 10 squares of the target takes lightning damage equal to your Dexterity modifier" on a second target.
Does Mark of Storm shifts the second target or just the first, which is properly Hit?
