Rules question: If I choose to push 0 with a push power can I still deal Draconic Arrogance damage? What do you guys think? Workable? Seems like it has some good synergies if I've done it right.

I don't normally quote myself, but you completely deleted your post from the Monk Handbook, so I'm quoting myself here. I put together a Dragonborn Monk. I know it isn't a dex race but I like the flavor.

You know, instead of having to take the trouble of making a .pdf and save it to your site, you can actually grab a text version of your character directy from the builder. You do it like this:
1. Hit the 'Character Sheet' button so you can see the Character Sheet.
2. Wait a moment while the 'View Page' portion loads.
3. Next to 'Character Sheet Style' is a drop-down menu. Activate it, then select 'Character Summary'.
4. The 'Clipboard' button next to the drop-down menu is now active. Click it. You may have to give permission for the Character Builder to access your Clipboard; do so.
5. When posting your character, simply paste the text from the clipboard.
Doing that gives you the following:

That saves you the time and effort of having to take pictures and upload them onto your site, and we don't have to wait for a .pdf to load. Especially since not all computers are up-to-date, so some may take longer to load. Simple text ensures that everyone can see what you're trying to show them.

You need to actually push to trigger arrogance.
Revenant (Dragonborn) would be better.
Are the new expertise feats still not in the builder? Because you should have one of those.

Versatile Expertise is as good as he is going to get, dagers used as implements isn't covered in any of the others

It's covered by War Wizard's Expertise with the added bonus of -5 to hit party members caught in your unfriendly AoEs, though you need to be an arcane class to pick it up.

Isn't that limited to arcane powers and basic attacks?

Ah yeah, good point. Forgot it was more than just arcane class requirement, silly me.
