Okay, so I'm running a 3.5 campaign, and in the party is a bard who imagines himself quite the ladies' man. So...I've got a NPC who is seductive, sensual, beautiful, etc., etc., (oh, and yeah, married to a boorish NPC that could cause problems). I want her and the bard to have an interlude, but I'm not sure if I should run any checks for this or not. She's an NPC written into a module, so no stats (Cha, etc.) were provided, but I mean, she wants it, he wants it...
Common sense tells me to just roleplay it, no checks, no rolls...but I want to be sure there's isn't something rules-related I'm missing.

Well, there ya go. You've answered your own question.
Checks are conflict resolution tools. They're best used to arbitate situations with a significant chance of failure. No chance of failure, no conflict, no need for needless rolling. Roleplay away (or cut to black or whatever).
Thinking about creating a race for 4e? Make things a lil' easier on yourself by reading my Race Mechanic Creation Guide first.

Thanks in advance!
I would recommend that you work her up. Make certain that you know her Charisma at game time, as game situations will come up with her (surely this is not going to be a one time thing). Since you are the one to roleplay her, you need a little substance behind your decisions when things get off script.
I have just finished a story arch of a number of damsels in distress. They came from various modules that I had adapted for my style of play, then tweaked to fit the story I wanted to tell. Each damsel had her situation, her story, and her own basic character information. One PC actually married one lady. The soul of one lady got put in the body of another lady then returned to the husband of the body. A couple of others were simply rescued and returned. They were fun adventures with some ladies getting involved in combats, some being hard to deal with, and others more than glad to have been rescued and willing to 'reward' those that rescued her. Finally have party to a level where they might start surviving giants, so will be moving them to the main story arch that I have planned for them.
I'm just going to put this out there but CHA does NOT directly relate to a character's looks if that is what is implied somewhere. I guess it is important because it relates to how people interact but it still is unrelated to how one looks.

Uh, so YOU rate a woman solely on her looks? Shame on you. Yes, there is more than looks associated with Charisma (remember: Adolph Hitler had a high charisma, and no one says that he was over attractive).

I would have gone with Austin Powers as my example.

Where did you ever get that idea. I find that accusation to be offensive.
I am merely pointing out a common misconception that has been around for decades. The OP comments on CHA not being mentioned but that really has little weight in how things should play out. Since DnD's inception people have been trying to assign a score to how "attractive" a character's physical beauty is and actually have although why I really don't know.
Now there was once an "adult" section on the DnD boards. I even recall mention of a couple different things that would go into details about what the OP is looking for. I want to say that the common abbreviatons for two of them were the GUCK and the BoEF.
Oh, just one more thing. That series of adventures mentioned does sound a little bit interesting, at least from a certain point of view. It brings to mind an adventure I once thought up involving a kidnapped princes (but NOT the obvious princess) who was going to be used as a part of a plot for one group to plant a spy in the camp of its blood enemy.
All replies here (on-topic and off) appreciated. I ended up mostly just roleplaying it, but I wanted some background stats. I found this hilarious website, and used the Jessica Simpson stat block (with a couple of changes - my NPC is smarter, for one). And then, I used the Aristocrat NPC info in the DMG.
