Hello all, I was just curious... If you have a power or ability that allows you to ignore Resistances to a certain element, does that also ignore immunity? I don't think it does, but I was just curious... and can't seem to find a solid ruling on it. Likely I am just being dumb again.... lol.
thanks ahead of time for the help. ~Mad

No. It has to say it ignores immunity, to ignore immunity. The rules do what they say, no more, no less.

Though if you had a game element that said to treat Immunity like resist, then you'd ignore the resist.

Right, but that is a case of a game element specifically treeating Immunity like it was Resist (Pyromancer level 1 Feature, for example). In general, Immunity is Immunity, and Resist is Resist. The former is not simply an extension of the latter to an nth degree.

Uh, the Pyromancer level 1 feature doesn't let you treat immunity as any level of resistance. It lets you ignore fire resistance. There is a feat that lets you treat fire immunity as resist 25 fire, though.
