I can't seem to find the answer to this elsewhere, and sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question but is there a consolidated list of changes for the 01.28.2013 packet somewhere? There is language in the "Read First" document that implies clarifications and so forth, but I would like to know exactly what has changed without having to comb the entire documents. Thanks for any help.
