Q367: If you score a crit and add MDD, are those maxed as well?
L1 Human fighter pre-gen example:
-Rapier +5; 1d8+4 damage
Crit: 8+1d8+4+ MDD Is that MDD a roll of a d6 or a 6?

A367: "How to Play" p.16: "This means you don't roll the attack's damage dice; you instead take the highest results that all of those dice could roll and then apply any modifiers." I take that to mean that even MMD are maxed. And don't forget to roll the weapon's damage die (or dice) again, because it's a weapon. (Which I disagree with, but I liked the 4E high-crit weapon idea.)

So, you are saying:
8+4+6+1d8 (max weapon + dex bonus + Max MDD + additional weapon damage roll)

That's the way I interpret it.

Q368: When a wizard casts a spell, is that spell wiped from his memory, such that he forgets how to cast it?
[I already know the answer, but I would like to get a 3rd party to confirm because many people seem to have trouble with this change.]

A368: No. After you cast the spell, you lose the use of the slot you expended until you prepare spells again, but you still have the spell prepared. (Class PDF pg. 31)

A368: Note that this also applies to clerics. And it seems they forget their spells when they sleep...

You don't forget spells when you sleep. After a long rest, you regain all your spell slots and you can prepare new spells or keep those already prepared since casting a spell cause you lose the use of the slot but keep it prepared.

Q369: The DM Guidelines document discusses how to award treasure on pages 13 and 14. The charts for Gems and Art Objects on page 14 have a column with the heading "d%." I can't find an explanation for what d% means in this instance (I apologize if it's there and I overlooked it).
Does "d%" in this chart mean daily percentage of treasure that these items would fill if found, does it mean that you do a percentage dice roll to determine which types of objects are found, or does it mean something else entirely?

A369: d% means roll a percentile. You can achieve this by roll two 10 sided dice. Use one of the 10sided as the 'tens' digit and the other as the 'ones' digit of a percentile roll (1-100). If both 10sided are 0s, then that is a roll of 100.
d% means a percentage dice roll.
