Q364: If as a Cleric of The Arcanist, I select Magic Missile as my 1st level domain spell, and expend a higher level spell slot to cast that domain spell, do I gain extra missles as a Wizard would?

Q365:
Not being that secure about my interpetation skills, I wanted to verify if I got the following things right,

1) Say I have a Lightbringer Cleric, at level 1. That means I get Command as a Domain spell. As well as having 2 spell slots.
I need to prepare my spells in advance, 1 spell +1/level. So that means 2 spells at level 1.
My question is; Can I prepare any spell from the total spell list level 1? Or do I have to learn the spell first, like the wizard?
In other words, Does a cleric have access to all the spell of his spell list, from the get go, provided he has the level to cast them?

2) It seems to me that the barbarian might have a very limited range of attack choices.
Unless he picks a feat, he has no manouvers.
So besides raging, all a barbarian can do is the normal Attack move, grapple, disarm, etc.

3) As far as I know, it's impossible ( at the moment) to get proficiency with other weapons or armour besides the one your class/race provides you with, correct?

A365:

1) A cleric can prepare any spell from the cleric spell list. So no, a cleric does not need to learn new spells.

2) The barbarian can choose to use Reckless Attack when he attacks an enemy while not raging. Other than that, no, he doesn't have many options.

3) Correct. Only the mountain dwarf subrace provides armor or weapon proficiency beyond what your class grants. Note that the "weapon training" races like elf and dwarf grant does not give you proficiency with those weapons, but instead a bonus to damage with those weapons if you are proficient.

Q366:

When rolling the skill die when using a skill trick, say Unassuming Threat, do you roll twice and use the highest by the rule of the Skill Mastery Feature?

Skill Mastery: Benefit: When you roll your skill die, roll two of that die and take the higher result.

And in the Trick description it simply says to "roll your skill die and add the roll you your AC..."

While I would say that the Skill mastery is strictly for SKILL use, and the skill tricks are separate, I however have a person in my group who will without doubt say differently. So, clarification needed please!

(If this has been asked before, I apologize, I tried searching but found nothing.)

A366: You'd roll it twice. Skill Mastery let you roll your skill die twice and take the higher result whenever you roll your skill die, this regardless of the reason. It doesn't strictly apply to skill use.

A363:  From what I read, and calculating prices to double check, it appears it should be 150gp plus background package, or 175gp total.  Note that the background packages may provide well over 50gp in gear, depending on the one chosen, so you could end up with well over 200gp worth of gear.

No the Equipment Pakages replace starting gold, that's why they also give you money. It says:

You can choose this equipment to get started quickly. Alternatively, you can purchase equipment. You have 150 gp to spend. (Creating a Character PDF pg. 03)

Yes, but....in "Backgrounds and Skills" pg. 2, "You choose four skills and a trait from the sample backgrounds, and spend 175 gp on gear.  (You can't also take the equipment package suggested for your class.)"  Also, I've crunched numbers on a few of the background and class packages, in order to find an answer to this very question; for most of those I've checked, I come up with approximately 150 gp for the classes, and around 50 gp for the backgrounds, though that does not always hold true, and sometimes is much higher.
