So I've got a great character idea but I'm not sure how to implement it onto paper . I'm a human whose father was a dragon and mother human (Draconic adoption background) . My mother was killed by dragons who saw me as an abomination. Shortly afterwards my father is killed by dragons as well. The main idea for this character is a human who has draconic powers and is out to avenge his parents, as I level up I will manifest more draconic powers until I can transform into a dragon (Draconic Incarnation epic destiny). I made a human dragon magic sorcerer with Dragonsoul Heir paragon path but I would really like to play MELEE. Are there any melee classes that I would be able to do something similar? I've looked into it but cant seem to find anything. I would prefer not to MC if i can. Please help!

I'm pretty sure that you can use the Sorcerous Blade Channeling to make ranged sorcerer attacks in melee range through a dagger. It's often one of the best ways to melee gish a Dragon Sorcerer too. Happy Gaming

If your DM allows, you can simply reflavor some other classes or powers to fit your concept:
The effects of a SwordMages magic attacks resemble draconic runes or possess draconic imagery. The source of the magic is from your dragon-blood.
An Avenger of Bahamut may draw upon both their dieties powers and their draconic heritage. Again, this is all fluff - reflavoring of the powers while not changing anything mechanically.
Perhaps make a Dragonborn character - use all of the dragonborn statistics for game mechanics (dragon breath, ability score & skill bonuses, etc), but your character otherwise looks human.
If you wanted to go strictly mechanics with it, it appears that the DragonSoul Sorceror is your only option. Otherwise, nearly an class can be reflavored to having a draconic spin.

A Barbarian/Sorcerer hybrid can give you the melee component you are striving for and you can use the hybrid talent for Barabarian Agility to allow you to have defender AC. There are plenty of Sorcerer burst powers to allow you to stay in melee with Sorcerer powers. I would consider being Dragonborn and flavor yourself as a human.

What do you mean by ""play Melee"? Do you mean, "I want to be in the thick of things, dishing out damage left right and centre" or "I want to be able to engage in the melee if I wish" ? If its the former, then I would suggest looking for another class than sorcerer, perhaps a hexblade and just reflavoure your powers to be more draconic. If the latter, then sorcerous blade channeling is definately the way to go. Besides, as a draconic sorcerer, your strength will probably be high enough to make fairly decent melee attacks, in this case, I would consider taking a couple feats to improve your defenses or hitpoints so your not as vulnerable in the melee.
