What do you think how long it will take for the new stuff to be added to the CharacterBuilder?
My guess is they will update the builder on the 15th, since that's the street date of the book.

The warlord power was a joke, it gives +2 to attack an enemy (perhaps that enemy), in difficult terrain. It was a lot of conditionals from what I remember.

Stormy Emotions - Sorcerer Attack 3 Weaving raw emotion into your spell, you unlease a brutal attack against those around you. Encounter * Arcane, Cold, Implement, Lightning Standard Action - Close burst 2 Target: Each creature in the burst Attack: Charisma vs. Reflex Hit: 2d10 cold and lightning damage, and you can push the target 1 square and knock it prone.
Why would they bother writing a level 3 power which would only be taken by Dragonborn at level 7? Siiigh.
My sorc is not pleased.

If it's any good, the Paladin power, please? If not, clarify the Warlock one.
The Paladin power isn't /bad/, but it's going to screw over anyone in your party who relies on concealment, so I'll share the details on the Warlock one instead. Command Insanity - Warlock Attack 9 Your eyes reflect the madness of the Far Realm, crushing your enemy's will with the overwhelming weight of insanity. Daily * Arcane, Charm, Implement Standard Action - Ranged 5 Target: One creature Attack: Constitution or Charisma vs. Will Hit: The target is dominated (save ends). If the target is aberrant, it takes a -2 penalty to saving throws against this effect. Aftereffect: the target is dazed (saved ends). Miss: The target is dazed (save ends).
Battlemind power, please and thank you.
Living Shard - Battlemind Attack 15 Your strike embeds a crystalline fragment in your enemy's flesh, overwhelming it with psionic energy channeled from the Living Gate. Daily * Psionic, Radiant, Weapon Standard Action - Melee Weapon Target: One creature Attack: Constitution vs AC Hit: 2[W] + Constitution modifier damage, and the target is dazed and gains vulnerable 5 psychic (save ends both). Miss: Half damage, and the target gains vulnerable 5 psychic (save ends). Effect: Until the vulnerability ends, the target takes 10 radiant damage whenever it uses a psychic power.
What is the deep gnome's racial power?
Stone Camoflage - Svirfneblin Utility Your body becomes stony and magically blends with the terrain around you, making you harder to pinpoint. Encounter * Illusion Minor Action - Personal Effect: You gain partial concealment until the end of your next turn, and you gain 5 temporary hit points. Level 11: 10 temporary hit points. Level 21: 15 temporary hit points.
Cleric and Warlord powers please.
You'll get Cleric and like it.
Horde of spiders - Cleric Attack 1 Tiny black spiders assault your enemy, burrowing into its skin and causing terrible pain. Daily * Divine, Implement, Necrotic, Poison Standard Action - Ranged 5 Target: One creature Attack: Strength or Wisdom vs. Fortitude Hit: 2d8 + Wisdom modifier necrotic damage, and the target takes ongoing 5 poison damage and grants combat advantage (save ends both). Miss: Half damage, and the target grants combat advantage (save ends).

That cleric power is fairly horrendously atrocious. And that Battlemind one is so specific, I remember looking at both and wonderind what they were thinking.

Bard?
I can see what you mean about most of these being kind of useless, though. I get that they wanted to throw in a bunch of powers specifically aimed at an Undermountainy sort of dungeon crawl, but I still really hate seeing all these "if the target is an aberrant creature..." sorts of riders. They're bad on feats and not much better on powers, especially since most of the powers that have them seem to be only worth using if you get the rider.

Because that's what we needed. A CB2 unfriendly (without a Charisma modifier attached to the 2d10, btw) at the same level as Flame Spiral.
Incredibly disappointed.
