Ooh, another semi-decent weapon daily for my CHAguard.
Harrying your Prey, the Easy Way: A Hunter's Handbook - the first of what will hopefully be many CharOp efforts on my part.
The Blinker - teleport everywhere. An Eladrin Knight/Eldritch Knight.

Do you have that build posted anywhere? I'm curious how a CHAguard works. Do you just ignore the at-wills? Is it a hybrid?

It is not that out there.  You typically go human (virtous strike or hybrid) or half elf (eldritch strike) for your at will.  Your encounter power gets slightly better, blackguard at wills are not very good to begin with so you don't lose much there, and you take cha dailies (or dailies without attack roles such as some of the smites).  A good hybrid option is executioner.

tieflings (and revenant tieflings) can also do it without hybriding, due to the crimson legion feat which gives them a full strength cha-based MBA, as well as a mass mark per encounter.  Human's probably better at it with virtuous strike, but tiefling's got a lot of other good feat support, too.

Mine's a Tiefling, but I kinda wish it had been a Human, I think Ardent Strike is more useful to the character concept (off-defending), and an MBA is something which can be organised (or retrained into, with Virtuous available.

An encounter level 7 that seems really situational. It's a burst 3 against all creatures targeting Fort, doing thunder damage and slowing. The situational part is that line of effect can go through blocking terrain, and pulls burrowing targets to the surface and makes climbing targets fall. Could be a kind of nifty trick when the right enemies are around, or if you want to ambush something from around a corner, but seems like there's better options that would be more useful on regular basis.

Expulsion - Warden Attack 7
You strike the ground and send a rolling tremor through the earth.
Daily (???) * Primal, Thunder, Weapon
Standard Action - Close blast 3
Special: You ignore blocking terrain when determining line of effect for this attack.
Target: Each creature in the blast.
Attack: Strength vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier thunder damage, and the target is slowed until the end of your next turn. The target emerges to the nearest unoccupied space if it is burrowing or falls if it is climbing, and it cannot burrow or climb until the end of your next turn.

Wish I'd had this to deal with the Kruthik nest we dealt with.. pull those cheeky buggers right up.
