Also, going around reporting the same member over and over because you don't like the threads he starts may make it seem as if you are stalking and harrassing that member.
You know perfectly well that report-stalking is not only tolerated, but encouraged. At least for some people.

Ok. Thanks for the reply.
I would suggest adding detail to your reports. Explain what you think is going on. The ORCs may not see it your way, but you also may be right. Anyhoo, detail is always important. Reporting and just throwing a one-word reason in like 'baiting' isn't always successful. The ORCs don't seem to read a lot of context material all the time so pointing specific things out with detailed support is a good idea.
