It was set in the Underdark (of course) and all I can really remember about it was that there was a spirialing tower that was half in one dimension and half in another dimension.
It might have even featured Eclavdra, but I can't be entirely certain.

I think it goes D1: Descent into the Depths of the Earth --> D2: Shrine of the Kuo-Toa --> D3: Vault of the Drow --> Q1: Queen of the Demonweb Pits
Although you might not be thinking of any of these modules. Hope it helps.

I'm pretty sure it was a stand-alone adventure - can't recall if it was hard or soft cover. Thinking it was 3.5e...
