Sorry to post this here by my techinical ticket go no response.
I work from a lap top and move around a fair bit. For some reason though every few days my DDI account won't let me log in to the DDI webpage but I can happily use the same password for my Account log in. To fix it I usually log into the account and change the password Close IE Open IE Go to main wizards page follow links to DDI page try log in repeat 4 or 5 times until one seems to work. It's a long draw out procedure and such a pain. This even happens if I only log in from the same wifi connection each time. Anyone have any advise?
This may be a stupid question, but have you tried clearing cache, cookies and history?
Also, what page/link are you using to try to login from?
I tried clearing it the first couple of times and couldnt say if it helped or not.
I've been using this page to log in from www.wizards.com/dnd/Feature.aspx?x=new/l... and usually just leave the remember me option on now. I'll paw through my inbox and see if I can track it down. Thanks for the quick response though.
