Well, I just checked out the virtual table testing,and when i tried to launch an open campaign, the program wouldn't download!
Anyways, i need help and i would appreciate any advice.

Hello cubbytheninja, The first things to try are to clear your Java cache, and if that doesn't help, try uninstalling and re-installing Java. If neither of those fixes the issue, contact Customer Service, give all the info about your system and they will try to troubleshoot your issue.
