First time using it on a Mac, just re-signed up my subscription to DDI, simply for the character generator. it does not seem to be working and I'm wondering if that is because I am using safari. Any other mac users out there with a work around or perhaps can tell me if there is some simple thing I am missing?

It should work. Have you contacted Customer Support?

Hi xirr2000,
I would suggest trying FireFox. I am on a Mac and that's what I'm using. I haven't been able to get it to work with Safari.
Hope that helps,
Monica

I've never had a problem accessing the CB using Safari on my Mac.

My Office mac is an Intel and works with Firefox, Silverlight 4.0.6...
My home mac is a PowerPC and it will navigate the web site but I have not tried the CB. I do not know if the CB needs a certain version of Silverlight. PowerPC can only upgrade so far.

I'm using Safari. For some reason, after posting this thread, it started to work. Thanks for the feedback though.
