Thanks for a great guide!
In your latest post, as to how one can acquire concealment before paragon play, you don't mention Enshrouding Candle. It's listed in the mini-guide for perma-stealth, although I don't understand why you need some assassin feat for it to work with Cunning Sneak. Am I a fool for thinking that I could just buy such a candle and sneak around permanently with a crossbow, granted that I have improved cunning sneak, mark of passage and deft strike (Ghostwalker style)?
The reason for the assassin feat is probably to enable it to work vs enemies with low-lightvision and darkvision, because enemies with those senses don't treat dim light as granting concealment. Aside from that; I think an alternative to enshrouding candle could be to carry around several "bottled twilight", but then your allies would need some way to see in overcome the dim light (for instance if they also had low-lightvision/darkvision) and it requires a minor action to activate and has limted range.
Also, unless you're a pixie, you could get a Broom of Flying for instances where you're up against enemies with tremorsense, at the cost of -2 to hit, unless you find some other wonky way to get permanent functional flying or other ways to negate tremorsense.
I guess if you're a drow you could get Continous Levitation to use against foes with tremorsense for 1 encounter/day, if that's preferable over going pixie.
As mentioned in Mellored's stealth guide: Aginst creatures with blindsight you could neutralize it temporarily with "Elude Senses" or "Blind Spot Advantage" powers or the Grayflower Perfume item, or permanently by taking the Adept of Whispers paragon path.
Edit: Nvm, I saw the "before paragon play" a tad too late.
Edit 2: Other ways to gain daily flight/levitation in heroic tier: Elixir of Levitation (lvl 8 consumable, minor action, lasts the entire encounter), Ancestral Wings (lvl 10 Kenku racial utility), Pit Fiend Harbinger (lvl 10 Devil's Pawn theme utility), Spined Devil's Boon (lvl 10 warlock utility).

Drawn Shadows is actually a paragon feat as well, for people going the candle route. I forgot to mention it because a) I forgot, and b) I find that hanging a "candle" around your neck to be cheesy and ridiculous idea anyway. And as mentioned, until you have Drawn Shadows, stuff with low light vision (ie most creatures in the game) will just easily defeat it.

Is there any merit to multiclassing druid while taking a were-theme for the feats you can use while in hybrid form (chargers can get an extra 4/6 damage and a +1 bonus to charge attack rolls depending on race)?
Tell your DM you appreciate them. Don't let them forget it.

Man, hard questions are hard. What are the feats in question? I'm only seeing the +1 bonus to attack and 2 damage feat, which is a hard sell considering opportunity costs in MC fighter or avenger.

Don't need MC Druid to Werebear + Claw Gloves, so if you're just doing for enraged boar form, 2 feats for +1/+2 isn't great.
...Well, technically, that's par market value as far as feats strength goes, but the MC slot opportunity cost is significant, and there are enough subsitutable analogues available (Nimble Blade, Skill Focus: Insightful Riposte) that aren't often taken due to feat space constraints anyway that I consider it not a good exchange.

I was gonna say Ferocious Tiger Form, which is +2 damage while in beast form and you have CA against an enemy. There's a drow feat that grants the same bonus, so you can take it again.
