Ok, so I ran into a wall yesterday while mastering...
One of my characters was Knoked Out by a poison, so a puny little 14 year old Human Cleric Girl decided to drag him out of harm's way so she could save him... However I read the manual and it said that dragging/pulling a character or beast with you does not affect speed...
BUT does that means that puny little girl can pull a Shardmind who is heavier than her the same way a hulking warrior can?!
Second wall was when my brawly build fighter decided to grab an enemy... AND throw it 4 squares into a spiked wall, this enemy being a Large sized creature... I mean how can a Medium Human even grab a Large creature?! The rules say it's possible but how on earth do I meassure the throwing distance?! I was browing the weapons category but couldn't find anythig useful, nor special movement rules cover it, NOR the brawly build...
Really, need help :/

To my knowledge, there are no specific rules for dragging and unconscious individual. There are encumbrance rules, but those aren't worth messing with. I'd let this one go. It's not going to come up often, it's not going to break the game. If you want, make it an Athletics or Strength check. Pick a DC that makes sense to you and go.

Brawler fighters have powers that let them grab. These are exceptions to the normal grab rules, as I understand it. You can imagine that he has trained to get good grips on enemies and hinder their movements. Or however you want to imagine it.
Unless the fighter has a power that lets him push the target (which he very well might) you're not obligated to let him "throw" someone he has grabbed. But if you'd like to, because you want to be an accommodating DM, then just do like in the other example and pick the DC you think makes sense for an Athletics check, and pick a distance that makes sense to you. How does the fighter do it? Fantasy world judo skills. Or whatever makes sense to you.

PHB p291 under Grab covers moving an unconscious ally. PHB p222 under Carrying, Lifting and Dragging covers how your movement speed is affected by the weight you are trying to carry or drag.

Per PHB p.222, dragging someone makes you Slowed (i.e. speed 2) unless they weight less than your Strength x 10.
my brawly build fighter decided to grab an enemy... AND throw it 4 squares into a spiked wall Grabbing is easy. Throwing is normally not allowed, but check out this thread for options.
how can a Medium Human even grab a Large creature?! Likely by grabbing a limb.
