In Races of Eberron there is the feat Blade of the Valenar that serves as a prereq for the Revenant Blade PrC in PGtE. There is also a similar feat for the goblinoid races that works for chains, and I've seen references to Darguun expert chain-wielders. Is there such a prestige class, and if so, in what book can it be found?
It doesn't, sadly. There are similar feats for other groups too (Talenta halflings, drow jungle raiders, and I think that's it). Only the Revenant Blade happened as a PrC.
