To my knowledge, not very often. And since you are getting that specific, I should probably add that the campaign is "low magic" and using inherent bonuses.
Then I would say either put the 2 feats into Superior Crossbow, or stick with the normal bow
Expertise is something I would grab first. If you have a lot of important riders, I would grab a feat for Ringmail, to take Tactician's Armor. Then perhaps Improved Defenses and a MC feat? Warlords aren't that feat strapped.
A Dray Warlord/Psion Character in my Dark Sun game. The player gets a kick out of being a Lazylord that enables his allies to attack. He also wanted to dip into psionic power to have some controller flavor as well.

If you have any ideas to improve this let me know. The group he plays with is combosed of a shade gloom-pact hexB that slides and prones optmized, a charging bugbear scout ranger optimized and a Revenant Battlemind not Optimized but very tough, an elf thief rapier charger, a genasi shaman, a elf thief/wizard.

I'm trying to find the most optimal "helpful lazy warlord". The idea being to avoid directly doing damage yourself, due to backstory. What bonuses(through items, feats, features) end up giving the most benefit to your party. It's a home game, and people get gold approximate to their level when they make a new character, rather than the 3 items+cash. So far I've come up with;
At level 16, Inspiring Warlord, Half-Elf, Dune Trader theme, Caravan Master PP(Theme and PP not ideal, because the powers do grant shifts, but also make attack rolls/damage), the benfits to the party are: Allies spending an AP regain 12 hp Allies within 10 sq that see and hear you gain +6 init Allies that start turn within 5 sq gain +1 speed Allies using Aid Another/Attack/Defense gain +4 bonus instead of +2 Allies ignore difficult terrain when you grant them a shift Allies gain 12 temp hp when they use 2nd wind in your line of sight Allies gain +1 racial bonus to diplomacy
You spend AP and gain +2 defenses until end of your next turn, you or an ally within 5 sq can make a saving throw You roll twice and take highest for insight and perception You don't grant CA when flanked You gain +2 item bonus to Athletics to jump You are of elemental origin You gain +5 item bonus to escape checks You can shift through enemy spaces, and can deal 5 acid damage per turn if you do so You gain +1d8 temp hp after extended rest with Restful Bedroll
Commander's Strike grants +3 attack, +8 damage Direct the Strike grants +1 attack, and can be used in place of Opportunity Attack Aid Attack is standard(or minor 1/encounter) and 1 or 2 allies either gain +4 to their attack roll or can roll twice taking the higher result Aid Defense is standard(or minor 1/encounter) and 1 or 2 allies gain +4 defenses. Special, minor action 1/round on bloodied allies Reinforcement Tattoo when non-minion scores a crit on you and deals damage, teleport each ally you can see to a space within 3 sq of you Avandra's Boon of Escape, start turn with 2 or more adjacent enemies, shift 2 squares as a move action Knack for Success, Reorient the Axis, Tactical Orders, Quick Formation, Desert Skirmish all grant shifts to allies 1/encounter Armor of Exploits lets you reuse a martial encounter power Shield of Speed and Evasion lets you regain an encounter or daily Power Jewel lets you regain an encounter
lvl 16, 112000gp to spend. The rest of the power selections are the basic lazylord choices, granting multiple allies attacks with various bonuses, healing, dragonmark for saving throws. Half-Elf is specifically for the 'Help is Here' power, letting you use an Aid action on an ally as a minor. I chose that over my 2nd choice Sidhe Lord, and the action point power. Any advice or suggestions welcome. I think there's still a bit of cash to toss around, 13K or so, but I haven't found anything else that fits the theme of helping the party.

For a Tiefling Resourceful Warlord, would that be considered a 'Lazy Lord?' Also, would the Int/Cha or Str/Int/Cha spread be ideal for that? My plan is to go ResLord/Infernal Strategist/Warmaster.
The standard d4 is somewhat (SOMEWHAT) rounded on the top, the older models are even flat. The Lego is shaped in such a way that in an emergency, you can use one as a makeshift surgical knife.

Well you can't tri-stat and if you go Str at all you aren't lazy. So Int/Cha. You'll still want Bracers of Mental Might though, so you can use at least one "real" encounter power (Death from Two Sides, etc.).
Here's what I came up with for a Tiefling Lazylord- is it pretty much safe to assume certain powers are meant to miss, and that they're only use is the granted effects? Still needs gear, and probably better feat choices, but I'm stuck right now for ideas.
