I had Richard Lee Byers' The Haunted Lands omnibus edition on order but it's been cancelled and there's no date for it. Does anyone know if it's just been pushed back or completely dropped?

I`ve seen in bookstores that there is a collection of short stories based around that trilogy. I can`t find signs of it on-line, but I have seen the book, and it`s too small for an Omnibus. Check it out at your local Big Box Bookstore.
