You've wasted all your resources on forcing your enemies to focus-fire your allies. Congratulations.

Congrats, you just removed a PC and added monsters, its a net loss for your team. Edit: also, 143 HP at 30 is abysmal

You forgot "gets screwed by enemies with blindsight, tremorsense, and truesight"

Blindsight, Truesight, maybe, but that only drops the defences by 5 and removes insubstantial.
Tremorsence, no, cause it can fly.
Blindsight, Truesight, and manage to pin this character in Close combat? Then I am screwed. (-11 to all defences)
So not entirely unbeatable.

Where's the punishment for Attacking your allies? Even if you're rather hard to kill, it doesn't mean your allies are. Team monster murders your teammates and enjoys their time murdering you afterwards. Unless you have extremely high DPR, or some form of catch-22, you're character is useless.

Also, "If killed, returns the next day." isn't that impressive. Every Epic Destiny has a feature like that.

Unless the party is 6 copies of this.

Because 1 fight per gaming session is totally fun.
