best race & why? doesn't matter source. does the warlocks blast figure in backstab damage also? what does the "lesser; 3rd, least; 2nd & other numbers for other evocations? other advice? never played one. thanks you  *edit* forgot, are there feats that effect blast? like point blanck shot as example? *edit* meant best RACE not class.
