I am working on a Genasi taclord that has airsoul & watersoul features. I am going to have fire & earth at 11th level. Does any think that the dual manifestation feature could apply to more than 2 "souls". I mean when the path was written there were only 5 soul types. I am wondering if the authors ever thought someone would ever have more than 2.

Yes, they did.  It only applies to two (at a time) that you can manifest.  There is an epic level feat which lets your switch manifestations as a minor action, so this would effectively change your damage types from the paragon path feature.  However, note that this paragon path *still* only gives your damage types / benefits for the original 5 elemental manifestions, not for any of the new ones from Dragon magazine.
