im trying to find information about this dragon for a campin i wich to run. dnd.eizzn.com/?time_tag=chardansearavitr... any info about him seems to illude me. (edit: link was messed up)

To the best of my knowledge, Chardansearavitriol's only appearance was in Dungeon 73 (March/April 1999) in the adventure Eye of Myrkul which concluded the five adventure series The Mere of Dead Men which was the original Dungeon adventure path. That said, he may be making an appearance in an upcoming adventure in my Neverwinter campaign....
