Why does Magical Pillar deal damage to your allies if they are in the burst, but yet you reward the Leader for having allies in the burst xD

But then again Cleave can only be triggered of a melee attack and speed loader only of a ranged attack.
I'll go and look at the changes now :D
Is it okay that we continue on doing this?
- You add something to the system
- I comment on it and add my "fixed" version to the Google Document
- You comment on my "fix" and add what you like to your version.
- I see if I like your version better, if so I'll add it to the google doc.
I love the idea of Role Master, since it gives you a secondary rider for most powers, which I find pretty cool. What made you decide to make it an encounter power?
When you fix powers or add paragraphs, could you make a habit of writing it in blue, leaving it like that until you update again (wheras you'll return it to black and isntead color every new update blue). This would mean a lot to me ^^
It could be an at-will I suppose (sort of like how Arcane Defiling works in the Dark Sun Campaign Setting book), I'll get around it later today  Notice how my version of Cleaving Strike triggers off a basic attack, not necessarily a melee basic attack ('tis the fluff that differs between Cleave and Rapid Shot [melee vs. ranged], if you ask me  ).

That's why I added Speed Loader, 'cause my own very personaly opinion is that Cleave is a melee-only and that rapid shot is ranged-only. I fixed the scaling of the Striker Feature (see google document). The one thing I don't like about Speed Loader is the stacking it allows:
- Striker feature (+1d6)
- Striker secondary (+1d6)
- Basic attack without primary ability modifier (2d8+4 at level 8)
- Another basic attack without primary ability modifier (2d8+4 at level 8)
- Resulting in avarage of 33 damage if both attacks hit, 20 damage if both attacks hit.
My ranger at the same level with all the right feats (weapon focus, greatbow) and items (+2 magic weapon, bracers that give bonus to damage) have the following:
- 1d12+5 (first attack)
- 1d12+5 (seconda attack)
- 1d6 (hunter's quarru)
- 27 damage of both attacks hit, 14 damage if one hits.
So yeah, I've yet to balance that one out xD

For that very reason I'm reducing the damage of the two-handed heavy weapon to 2d6. Right now my greatbow is the equivalent of a "Two-handed light weapon" by your defninition xD
Edit: Made some further tweaks to the weapon damage dice.

It's not a reward, more of a compensation :p
Considering how limited multi-attacks are in this system, perhaps I *could* tone down the damage dice down to 1d12s and 2d6s instead of Gamma World's 2d8s

I gave the weapons new stats in my G-Doc, check it out.
The reason for why I haven't written up any implement standard actions is because I'm still thinking what to do with those... There's something bugging me, I just haven't found out what exactly it is.
Until then I think I'll just put up some feats. Feel free to check them out next time you log on :D

Actually, we could keep the weapons as they are, but change the striker rider of... whatever the striker feature is called to "You can move two squares as a swift action before the end of your turn"

I'm tempted to say yes, since there are VERY few creatures with vulerable/resist force in the current DnD world...
