New purse made from 500-yr-old Da Vinci drawing... A sketch of a bag found amongst Da Vinci's papers is now a real item. I'm not sure if it's really cool or a sign that pop culture has now truly swallowed everything... At least the bag is still completely handcrafted, I suppose that's something (other than an advertising buzzword, lol).

I hear that - and which Da Vinci drawing it was is the scary part... They couldn't give away working ornithopters to kids, but they can sell this purse for piles of money. Oy.
