I'm going to use this thread to ask a few questions about this game.
Ok, so I started playing the game this week, mind you I have not played the previous two.
1. Can a monster "pass through" another monster or player if the path is blocked? This occurs more often with the big creatures, but in some cases can happen with the small ones too.
2. If a player end his hero phase on a corner tyle that could reveal 2 new tiles, does it reveal 2 or just one?
3. AOE effects... Are individual rolls used for this? Or just one roll that is put up against each AC?

1) I am not sure about this one but this is what i do: a monster cannot pass through a hero unless he can "teleport"
2) Only 1 tile is revealed.
3) This is up for discussion. Some people do it multiple rolls some people don't. I just do 1 roll, makes the game go a bit faster. And to be honest i think a aoe damage spell does equal hit chance on all squares and not random, would be a stupid wizard if he didn't focus on all spots equally because then i would rather shoot single target. But I don't know how this goes in the d&d rules.

Is being cursed a condition? Like immobilized and poisoined?
I know there are some cards that removed conditions... So was wondering if they work on curses.

Yea i have been doubting about that one too but i think that if it was a condition it would have received a condition marker. Only immo and poison have that so i would guess no.
But I don't think anyone would complain about it if you looked at it as a condition, depends on the "house rules" .

I'm starting to realize that this game allows for allot of house rules...

I think Banemus is right: a monster cannot move through a hero; 1 tile is revealed (your choice); it is up to the group to decide if AOE attacks are decided in one roll or one roll per target. While I agree one roll is faster, it also means something bad can get REALLY bad, really quickly.
A curse is not a condition. Curses can be removed by following the directions on the bottom of their cards.

Monsters don't need to move "square by square" like Heroes do. If a monster "moves one tile" or "moves adjacent", you just pick up the monster and place it in the new location.
I'm not sure about forced movement for Heroes, though. If a Monster's attack moves a Hero "two tiles" away, but the path is blocked, do you pick up the Hero and place it two tiles away as though it were a Monster? Or does the effect not occur, because the path is blocked?
I'm assuming that it's OK for Large and Huge Monsters to overlap with walls, as long as their base overlaps with at least one empty square. Just assume they're squeezing.
2. If a player end his hero phase on a corner tyle that could reveal 2 new tiles, does it reveal 2 or just one?
Just one. Choose which edge you're exploring before looking at the new tile.
3. AOE effects... Are individual rolls used for this? Or just one roll that is put up against each AC?
Individual rolls.

I just started playing the board games, and I love them. I do have one question, though. When a hero reveals a tile during his exploration phase, and a monster is revealed, and the monster's cards says he "moves adjacent" to your hero, does the monster move adjacent to the hero in a square within the hero's tile, or does the monster move to the nearest adjacent space right on the border between the new tile, and the tile the hero is in? Thanks for your help.

You are free to place the Monster on any space that's adjacent to the Hero, whether it's on the Hero's tile or an adjacent tile.
