Not sure if Echo Tome increases Sword Burst's attack for reals

It absolutely doesn't

And further, neither your Fey Beast Companion nor your Arcane Familiar are conjurations. Even if they were, you'd have to maintain Line of Effect to them, which means no burrowing.

Must be nice being able to get away with all that cheating, I sometimes wish my DMs were idiots.

I never knew being (rightly) accused of cheating would sting so. =3

So I looked and the Fey Companion is neither a conjuration nor a summon. Interesting that my DM didn't catch that. I think the DM was an idiot for allowing the Echo Tome to increase Sword Burst's attack, but not totally for the rest. The Fey Beast companion is described as being summoned from the Feywild, a;though indeed it does not have the summon keyword. And a familiar has the same feel. Ah well, it was not out of a desire to cheat >_<

Tome expertise says, "+ 1 to attack rolls with tomes, enemies adjacent to your conjurations or summoned creatures grant combat advantage" I maintain that it's still doable to grant Combat Advantage: First, at level 5, the Fey Beast Companion grants CA as a part of its level 5 features (Not cheating).

The Sidhe House Guard is a Summon. The Flame Zephyr from the Moteborn Theme is a Summon. *nods* There, some alternatives. And as someone else has pointed out, one could use the Beast Companion from a Shaman, which IS a Conjuration effect.

It's a terrific guide so far, you're busy like the rest of us but I for one can't wait for you to release more content and finish filling out your guide when you can.

Surprise Update! I've added Paragon tier feats, and my favourite Vaarsuvius quote to the into. If you don't recognise it, it's from the prequel book On the Origin of PCs.

Let me know if I've missed any worthwhile racial feats.

Are you planning on adding the Bladesinger to the Sub-builds for this Handbook?  Or do you consider the Bladesinger to be sufficiently different from the Wizard to not incorporate it?

The latter. It's also that I don't really like the class's implementation, and would not enjoy writing about it.

Arcane Admixture is being way underrated. Unless you're an Enchanter, it deserves very serious consideration. There's no good power that can't be made better with judicious keyword application. Blue at a minimum for everybody, I'd say. Possibly Sky Blue.
Mountain Cleave Rule: You can have any sort of fun, including broken, silly fun, so long as I get to have that fun too (e. g., if you can warp reality with your spells, I can cleave mountains with my blade).
