The feat specifies rogue power, so it's strictly limited to rogue class powers only (i.e. not paragon path powers, not basic attacks).

I never noticed before, but the wording of the feat is a bit strange:

"You gain proficiency with all one-handed, military heavy blades. If a rogue power requires you to wield a light blade, you can use that power with a one-handed heavy blade and can also deal your Sneak Attack damage while using a one-handed heavy blade with that power."

The way it's worded (with one "if" condition, and referring to "that" power twice in the second sentence), it sounds like:

1. You gain proficiency with all one-handed, military heavy blades.
2. If a rogue power requires you to wield a light blade, you can use that power with a one-handed heavy blade.
3. If a rogue power requires you to wield a light blade, you can deal your Sneak Attack damage while using a one-handed heavy blade with that power.

I think it's intended to allow using a heavy blade for all melee powers, but that's not what come out on paper.

I agree with you; I think the intent is basically 'You can treat one-handed heavy blades as light blades for the purposes of Sneak Attack and rogue powers'.  But as written, if a rogue power imposes no weapon restriction (like, say, Palming Strike), you would not be able to apply your sneak attack while using a one-handed heavy blade.

I think the feat author assumed that all rogue powers require a light blade, which is a pretty fair assumption most of the time, but there are a few exceptions.

The difference between madness and genius is determined only by degrees of success.

well, im asking about the "killer's eye" paragon power of assassins path. my halfling rogue reached 10lvl with daggers and artfull dodging and charismatic acrobatics, but my dmg was low (~20/turn) and all the others make fun of me :P
i thought frost cheese daggermaster path will be the answer but then i thought a more brutal specc!

playing with a longsword and weilding it with two hands (cause of small size and NOT gaining +1 dmg is uncanny i know, but also very deadly), it happens to messure up me dmg with an at will power with sneak attack(with +2 subtle weapon) to >> +18 att. > 4d8+13, witch is much higher than dagger specc.!
i know most of you will have opinion and suggestions on my build but i like to create strange characters and fighting styles
BUT ill gladly take and advice about another paragon path, more suitable for my halfling ,,,

cheers

Sorry to disappoint you, but the answer is clear.

Regardless of your interpretation of point #3 above, killer's eye is not a rogue power, so it will not qualify for Sneak Attack damage with Versatile Duelist.
