KALASHTAR Seige of Mental Fog Immediate Interrupt, Close burst 5 Trigger: An enemy hits or misses you with an opportunity attack.
Given that it's most likely you will be provoking on your turn, and you can't take immediates on your own turn, this ability won't work correctly.
. . . You know, I've been working and reworking on all of these features for months, and I've had a lot of my friends look at them in that time, and I cannot believe that none of us noticed that. You are absolutely correct; the power would need to be a free action to function. I will change this immediately. Good catch!
Speaking of things that were badly designed, please check out this thread for my Minotaur fix. What have the critics said, you ask? "If any of my players ask to play a Minotaur, I'm definitely offering this as an alternative to the official version." - EmpactWB "If I ever feel like playing a Minotaur I'll know where to look!" - Undrave "WoTC if you are reading this - please take this guy's advice." - Ferol_Debtor_of_Torm "Really full of win. A minotaur that is actually attractive for more than just melee classes." - Cpt_Micha
Also, check out my recent GENASI variant! If you've ever wished that your Fire Genasi could actually set stuff on fire, your Water Genasi could actually swim, or your Wind Genasi could at least glide, then look no further.
Finally, check out my OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE article, an effort to give unique support to the races that WotC keeps forgetting about. Includes new racial feature options for the Changeling, Deva, Githzerai, Gnoll, Gnome, Goliath, Half-Orc, Kalashtar, Minotaur, Shadar-Kai, Thri-Kreen, Warforged and more!

Speaking of under-appreciated races, is there a hombrewed set of feats for the Kobold? I might by playing a Marauder Ranger for my next game. He's actually an elf that got turned into a kobold by an evil (content removed) WITCH, and now seeks a way to break the curse.
I really like the racial power, but feel like he would feel mutch better after recieving some of your love

I get the desire for PC Kobold support, but they aren't something that ever I worked on very much myself, sorry. Besides, you probably wouldn't like my version anyway, as I would remove Shifty or at least alter it significantly. Actually, I'm pretty sure I posted up a PC re-write of them in a thread somewhere; let me see if I can find it...
+2 DEX and either +2 CON or +2 CHA Small Size 6 Square Speed Low-Light Vision
Common, Draconic +2 Stealth, +2 Thievery Shifty: Whenever you shift, you gain a +1 racial bonus to your Armor Class, Reflex Defense, and all saving throws until the beginning of your next turn. This bonus applies only once, regardless of the number of times that you shift before the beginning of your next turn. Trap Sense: You gain a +2 bonus to defenses against traps.
Skitter and Scamper (Kobold Racial Power) Encounter Minor Action, Personal Effect: Until the end of your turn, your enemies cannot target you with their free action, immediate action, or opportunity action attacks.
Though, nowadays I might rethink Trap Sense, as that seems like much more of a cultural feature, which I very much tend to dislike on PC races.

Trap sense seems like an expression of their twitchy jumpy nature, not their living in dungeons culture (which is weird anyway). they're small, quick, nimble and have good reflexes, so things like traps are threats they are ideally suited to get past. :P
More sex and gender equality and racial equality shouldn't even be an argument--it should simply be an assumption for any RPG that wants to stay relevant in the 21st century.
