Agreed. Since this is an internet forum, they should instead be using the term "prwned".

However, your use of multiple exclamation points isn't really necessary (it's a pet peeve among some).

English lesson (this one is pet peeve of mine).

"Prone" is not a verb.  One cannot be "proned."  One may be made to be prone, or may be knocked prone, but "proning "is not possible.

Sorry, this is English. Very few words are just one part of speech. In particular, nouns and verbs interchange quite freely, and adjectives often join the dance. "Prone" in particular is a verb, an adjective, and an adverb. Both verbs and adjectives often double as nouns, and adverbs do so occasionally.

(About the only words that are almost never used as more than one part of speech are the prepositions.)

The real issue is that most of our mechanisms for describing and discussing grammar were developed for Latin. French is descended from Latin. English is a third cousin twice removed.

No, sorry. prone is only an adjective.  Granted, English is a living language and misusing words like this eventually causes that mis-use to become mainstream and the language evolves.

Fair enough.  But one instance of two exclamation points is hardly "multiple" - more like a "couple."

Multiple means more than one.

Multiple means more than one.

Technically true.  But a bit misleading when referring to only two or even three.  Then one really should say a "couple" or a "few."

The second exclamation point is exactly as unnecessary as the seventeenth.

(off-topic, and non-serious)
Two or three is actually the definition of multiple exclamation points.

Hooray for Rule of Three! Altitude 1 is 5 to 10 feet. Peace at last.

 Here's the link...

As a pixie, keep the following rules in mind.
  • Sharing a Space: Because you are Tiny, you can enter the  space of a Small or larger creature and end your turn there (forced  movement must still end in an unoccupied space, unless noted otherwise).  Two creatures are considered adjacent if they are in the same square.
  • Altitude Limit: You fall at the end of your turn if you are  using your racial fly speed and are more than 1 square above the ground  (see the rules for flying and falling in the Rules Compendium).
  • Weapons: Because you follow the same weapon rules as a  Small creature, you cannot use a two-handed weapon unless it has the  small property. When you use a versatile weapon, you must use it  two-handed but don’t gain the normal +1 bonus to damage for using it in  that manner.

To be completely clear, Altitude 1 means you have 1 empty 5-foot  cube under your heels. If you are at Altitude 0, you’re standing on the  ground (or at least hovering in the square at the same height as someone  standing on the ground). Altitude 1 means you’re in the next “square”  up. You’re still in reach for melee attacks from people on the ground,  and you can still reach them. See the diagram if that description isn't  perfectly clear.

Honestly, I never understood why it was such a problem with altitude 1.  But whatever it clears it for people.  Then again I still think the Wee Warrior/Shrink doesn't necessarily make it clear whether the Pixie wields Small weapons, or wields Tiny Weapons(reduce damage dice from PH chart) while still following the same general rules for Small weapons.

All the rule of three did in regards to weapons is state the obvious, they follow the small weapon rules of no 2h weapons(unless small keyword), and versatile must be wielded 2h.  Though I guess considering they make mention of 2h weapons aside from those with the small keyword, I may just have to admit they probably just wield small weapons thus they wield medium weapons like any other race just with small weapon restrictions.  Still makes the whole business of wording in Wee Warrior/Shrink stupid but whatever, I doubt there'll ever be a clear answer to that at least.

But oh well the Rules article should at least clear things for those that felt altitude 1 meant ground level so something good came of it.
