I saw on these boards that a sorcerer can recharge dragonbreath pretty easily at heroic tier by taking damage of the type of their breath weapon.

Are their easy ways to deal this damage to yourself?  Has someone already made a thread about how to do this well?  I looked in the sorcerer handbook and didn't see mention of how to auto deal damage to yourself.  I'm specifically interested in acid and lightning.
