So....

Revenant (shardar-kai)
Swarm Druid|(battlemind + rogue) / Iron Guardian / something with +2 Con
With 30 Con and stealth.

Belt of Brokenness give us a solid base of resist 30
Ghostly Vitality gives us insbustantial
Swarm Druid reduces by Con
Deathless Warrior reduces by Con+5
Sehanine's Mark of the Dark Moon + Hide in plain sight.
Iron Defense negate's 55%, and halves 45%.

So that's DR 45% (55+half+half+half (1/8)), no damage on a miss

So if you took 100 damage
100- (30+10+15) = 45 /2 = 22 / 2 = 11 /2 = 5 * .45 = 2.25

Though, you can't move...

Find a way to generate some THP and you basicly can't be hurt.

F-111 Interdictor Long (200+ squares) distance ally teleporter.  With some warlord stuff.  Broken in a plot way, not a power way.
Thought Switch   Higher level build that grants upto 14 attacks on turn 1.  If your allies play along, it's broken.
Elven Critters Crit op with crit generation.  5 of these will end anything.  Broken.
King Fisher Does an excellent job at keeping an enemy disabled in a few ways.  Strong.
Boominator Fun catch-22 booming blade build with either strong or completely broken damage depending on your reading.
Very Distracting Warlock Lot's of dazing and major penalties to hit.  Overpowered.
Pocket Protector Pixie Stealth Knight. Maximizing the defender's aura by being in an ally's/enemy's square.
Yakuza NinjIntimiAdin: Perma-stealth Striker that offers a little protection for ally's, and can intimidate bloodied enemies. Very Strong.
Chargeburgler with cheese Ranged attacks at the end of a charge along with perma-stealth. Solid, could be overpowered if tweaked.
Void Defender Defends giving a penalty to hit anyone but him, then removing himself from play. Can get somewhat broken in epic.
Scry and Die Attacking from around corners, while staying hidden. Moderate to broken, depending on the situation.
Skimisher Fly in, attack, and fly away. Also prevents enemies from coming close. Moderate to Broken depending on the enemy, but shouldn't make the game un-fun, as the rest of your team is at risk, and you have enough weaknesses.
Indestructible Simply won't die, even if you sleep though combat.
Sir Robin (Bravely Charge Away) He automatically slows and pushes an enemy (5 squares), while charging away. Hard to rate it's power level, since it's terrain dependent.
Death's Gatekeeper A fun twist on a healic, making your party "unkillable". Overpowered to Broken, but shouldn't actually make the game un-fun, just TPK proof.
Death's Gatekeeper mk2, (Stealth Edition) Make your party "unkillable", and you hidden, while doing solid damage. Stronger then the above, but also easier for a DM to shut down. Broken, until your DM get's enough of it.
Domination and Death Dominate everything then kill them quickly. Only works @ 30, but is broken multiple ways.
Battlemind Mc Prone-Daze Protecting your allies by keeping enemies away. Quite powerful.
The Retaliator Getting hit deals more damage to the enemy then you receive yourself, and you can take plenty of hits. Heavy item dependency, Broken.
Dead Kobold Transit Teleports 98 squares a turn, and can bring someone along for the ride. Not fully built, so i can't judge the power
Psilent Guardian Protect your allies, while being invisible. Overpowered, possibly broken
Unnamed Avenger|Runepriest/Hammer of Vengance Do lot's of damage while boosting your teams. Strong to slightly overpowered.
Charedent BarrageA charging ardent. Fine in a normal team, overpowered if there are 2 together, and easily broken in teams of 5.
Super Knight A tough, sticky, high damage knight. Strong.
Super Duper Knight Basically the same as super knight, only far more broken.
Mora, the unkillable avenger Solid damage, while being neigh indestuctable. Overpowered, but not broken.
Swordburst Maximus At-Will Close Burst 3 that slide and prones.  Protects allies with off actions. Strong, possibly over powered with the right party.

there's a primal ED that gives some cool resist and regen a lot as the capstone here it is

no bonus to con but it's a decent ED

My House Rules

Cryptic Commander: a Tiefling Wizard|Warlord - Arcane Wayfarer - Planeshaper that focuses on controlling every creature in an encounter.

Feyknight: A Half-Elf Knight - Gladiator Champion - Marshall of Letherna build that uses Eldritch Strike and the White Lotus Riposte feats to create a decent catch-22 with his mark aura.

Novamancer: a Wizard/Swordmage - Malec-Keth Janissary - Radiant One that specializes in area damage, somewhat item dependent but is capable of massive damage.

the Epic Crit-Fisher: Avenger/Ranger-PMC-Eternal Seeker with a 2,560 damage crit-fishing nova.

Eldritch Slayer: A Slayer - Kulkor - Destined Scion that uses a similar trick to the Knight, combined with Kulkor for some decent DPR.

Polearm Seeker|Fighter: A Seeker|Fighter/Psion - Kensei - Destined Scion build that uses Polearm Momentum to not be super bad.

Generic Runepriest: A generic type Runepriest/Fighter - Hammer of Vengeance - Destined Scion

The resist wouldn't stack with the belt of brokenness.  Regen also doesn't work while below 0.

Nice ED though.  Paticularly since you'll regen to full after every battle.  I like the "die for an ally" feature as well.

Ring of Free Time gives 5. Or would that not stack with BoSR?

Resistances don't stack.  (though it will work while your above 0 HP).

swarm druid, deathless warrior, and Iron Defense all say "Reduce".

Ah. Well, still worth it up till you die. In which case, the greater takes over, right? Cause I was never very solid with my understanding of that, especially since my DM allows stacking.

I know boons aren't normally used in charop stuff, but Sehanine's Mark of the Dark Moon would cut all damage in half if you can find a reliable way for total concealment/invisible.

That works.

Invisible is somewhat difficult to reliably come by, but possible (hide in plain sight, though we can't move...)

Drow Soul and gain Cloud of Darkness and then that feat that lets you use it twice per encounter.

Use Reincarnate Champion to get +2 to Con AND access to both Shadar-kai  and Drow feats, as well as Cloud of Darkness as if you were a drow.

Darkness Reign lets you sustain standard. Same as hide in plain sight as far as Sehanine goes, but lets you move within the cloud.

Clutch of Darkness makes it close burst 2.
Lolthdark Style lets the cloud follow you if you use Twin Strike.
Mobile Assault lets you shift after an attack automatically.

Provoke a lot of OAs (battle standard of hungry blade, heavy blade opportunity, polearm gamble (Eternal Defender to make it work with Twin Strike), antipathy gloves, etc.) and you can move the cloud with you as needed.

And in the meanwhile, you've got resist everything.

Thanks to the Black Hole for the mechanics.

EDIT: Much simpler idea.

Lorekeeper for two daily utilities are now encounters. Find a daily utility power that makes you invisible until end of encounter. Now it's an encounter power. Such as:

Mind Shadow - invisible until you attack as long as you're not the closest to an enemy.
Blur - 4 to all defenses, invisible to all enemies 5 squares away. Still lets you attack.
Unseen Beast - invisible when you change to beast form until EoNT. Still lets you attack, works with Druid and lets you be invisible half the time.
Hide from the Light - invisible until move more than 2 a turn or attack, except for basic attacks and at-wills. Very nice.
Forest Ghost - invisible with any concealment or cover, but only on turns besides your own.

EDIT EDIT: Oh, and Bolstered Swarm for 20 THP each time you wild shape. Unbelievable.

Now you're got ludicrous damage reduction, crazy THP generation, and all of your actions. Depending on which daily you took, you're almost completely invisible as well, while still being able to attack. This is so broken, yet completely RAW correct, without even that much of a stretch.
