I was wondering if there was any way to get these spells (or powers) at will. I know that there is a warlock invocation for a short range Dimension Door, I am just curious if there are other versions. So far I have not seen any, nor have I seen an invocation for telekinesis. Please help me out.

The blink shirt soulmeld (from Magic of Incarnum) can be used at will for another short range dimension door, the Dimensional Jaunt reserve feat (from Complete Mage) allows something similar if you keep a decent level teleportation spell in reserve, and a number of monsters (like some of the demons and devils) can use teleportative effects at will.

As for telekinesis, the method for at-will use that most readily comes to mind is the ring of telekinesis.

But as you're just curious, it really doesn't matter all that much; you'll probably satisfy your curiosity just as easily by reading through whatever books you have available, and you tend to stumble across other interesting things in the process.

Zauber's Mutable Rod: This rod has a number of useful functions that make it easier to live in the wilderness.  It is made of polished wood, with five studlike buttons on one end.  Each button produces a different effect when pressed.  Unless otherwise noted, the rod’s functions have no limit on the number of times they can be employed.
When button 1 is pressed, one end of the rod produces a small flame, equivalent to a candle.
When button 2 is pressed, the rod unfolds into a two-person tent, complete with bedrolls and warm blankets.
When button 3 is pressed, the rod becomes a one-handed hammer, suitable for pounding pitons into a wall.
When button 4 is pressed, the rod becomes a sturdy iron spade.
When button 5 is pressed, the rod becomes a wooden bucket able to hold 2 gallons of liquid.  Once per day, it can be commanded to fill with fresh water.
If the rod is seriously damaged or broken in any of its alternate forms (button 2, 3, 4, or 5), it reverts to its basic rod form and cannot be activated for 24 hours.
Moderate conjuration; CL 9th; Craft Rod, minor creation; Price 375 gp; Weight 2 lb.

The shifting planar terrain mastery of the Horizon Walker gives you Dimension Door as a spell-like ability you can use every 1d4 rounds.

Ghosts can use telekinesis at will at a decent CL. You can get it with two levels in a template class.

Could you tell us the whole story, please? And why is at-will, instead of some arbitrary number of times per day (or arbitrary duration on Telekinesis) so important?

Looking for a character with abilities similiar to the Force or like an X-men telekinesis. I wasn't sure if my best bet was just using the Psionic versions of Telekinesis (or the Erudite Spell to Power so you don't need two different powers.) I have players who want a campaign in both respects and I was unsure how to do it effectively. (And on a personal basis I am a sucker for the Master of the Unseen Hand PrC even though I know it is pretty awful.)

The Dimension Door was just a personal favorite.

I apologize for being so lacking earlier I was on my nook, which is not very condusive for long-term typing.

X-Men's Jean Gray.

Ghost 2 / MotUH 4 gives you at-will Telekinesis with your CL = HD+4 (minimum 16) without ever splashing in other classes. A Force / Travel ardent with Practiced Manifester would barely blip in response to that and be able to pick up pretty damn good teleports (like Dimension Hop). This will also add warrior-mage powers drawn from a custom list that can be pretty close to the psychic warrior - essentially the closest thing to the Jedi in 3.5.

Note that without some warlock-style metamagic, you can't do the Jean Gray trick with the ghost, since you lose Chain Spell, but the pattern for [Metamagic] Spell-Like Ability is reasonably common. (Consider using the metabreath cooldown mechanics too, if you want.)

You can also do really weak telekinesis - like the Force's Move Light Object - with just one level of Binder. Forge a pact with Ronove. (She's really only useful with a lot of binder levels, and even then there's some serious problems with how strong the telekinesis is. But it's possible.)

I wasn't sure if my best bet was just using the Psionic versions of Telekinesis (or the Erudite Spell to Power so you don't need two different powers.)

Psionics gives you more flexibility than the spell (since you only use, say, a 3rd level spell to move something instead of a 5th), but the spell has access to MotUH. (Creating a psionic version of that class would be interesting. Here's a version I whipped up the last time someone asked about at-will telekinesis.)

Never, ever, ever use the Spell to Power erudite if you can possibly help it, and not even then. It's so strong it makes the artificer look weak. You can find a closer match to just about any concept without resorting to that degree of cheese.

(And on a personal basis I am a sucker for the Master of the Unseen Hand PrC even though I know it is pretty awful.)

It's only a problem if you're giving up caster levels to do it.  Ghosts don't give up anywhere near as much. Ardents with Practiced Manifester can use (a psionic version of) it without even breaking stride.

I can relate. Half of what I type is on a Nexus One.

If you've put Cyanogen Mod on it, then you can use a bluetooth keyboard.  There are several 7" keyboard/cases on the market, and very cheap on ebay.  You may need to mod that as well to make it fit (I did).

I'm pretty sure that there is a feat which does this. I know for sure that the prerequisite is Spell Mastery. I'll to look at my feat index when I get home.

I don't have a perfect memory, thus I don't always recall the rules and mechanics perfectly. I also don't usually peruse the book before opening my "mouth", so cut me some slack if I'm little off every now and again.

When logic fails to be present, the rational must inject logic into the situation.

Mesinock: Signature Spell. It's not at-will: you basically get the ability to spontaneously convert spells into a single mastered spell the way clerics convert into cures. It's often confused with Innate Spell, which actually is at-will, except it requires Quicken, Still, and Silent, and it costs you a spell slot several levels higher than the spell itself (similar to the archmage ability).
