I'm no char-op expert, but I think a githzerai two-blade ranger with githzerai blade mastery, wileding two bastard swords would have excellent dpr without putting much effort into it.

Just look at DPR kings as everyone has suggested - modify them to playable builds. Ranger is very good, but is tpically not the top tier of dmg in heroic at least.
