I, too, have access without having received an e-mail or other notification. You can mark me off the list (if I had even made it onto it!). Forgive me if this has been covered earlier in the thread, but what forums do people frequently use to arrange for games on the VT? From within the VT, I don't see any games set either now or in the future. Is this typical?

Yes you were the last one added to the Guestlist. A number of people were added to the BETA but i wasn't told anything. I rechecked everyone and marked those in as X (invited)
