Howdy ladies and gentlemen of wizspace, in my next campaign I'm playing a character that has a unique ability to call forth a guardian to help him, but the spell takes one minute to cast. Is there any way to make this spell take less time to cast? I know quickened spell won't work since it is over 1 full round action but is there any other way to do it?

How much less time? There may be things I'd allow that could cut the casting time in half (down to five rounds) getting it all the way down to even a full-round action much less a standard action is really pushing things. Most spells with casting times that long are not designed be cast during combat and if they were would probably end a fight quickly. Those spells are designed to be used when a character has some time to spend casting the spell and needing ten rounds usually isn't an issue there.
It can make for some dramatic gameplay when someone starts casting one of these long casting time spells and needs to be stopped/protected while casting.
Your ability to call some guardian sounds like a long duration effect so you should have one with you when a fight starts. If you are expected to call the guardian DURING the fight I'd expect a shorter casting time OR that the guardian's arrival is likely to swing the fight heavily towards the character.

A maximized time stop can be helpful

The reason I would want to be able to call it quickly is if we are in a social setting (my character is also the party face) is if a fight breaks out and my character doesn't have the guardian active. When summoned it changes my character to show his demonic heritage, so I was hoping to just find a way to quickin the summoning, but I can always try to disguise myself better if it is summoned beforehand. I didn't think about the time stop idea, but that helps.

So you want your pet when it suits you but don't want any of the "problems" it may bring when it's arround. You aren't going to get any mercy from me on that one.
It is probably easier and cheaper just to figure out how to hit your demonic heritage. A Hat of Disguise could be cheap way to cover up your appearance.

Take the metamagic feats "Rapid Spell" and "Quicken Spell"; Rapid Spell changes the casting time of a spell that takes from 1 to 10 minutes to cast, down to a full round action IIRC (it might be a 1 round action, in which case you can't quicken it), if it does make it a full round action, you could then apply quicken spell to make it swift... however, Rapid Spell is IIRC +3 slot mod, and Quicken's +4
