Nice builds, especially the Avenger. Kudos!
Also, Bizaare is the most amusing mixed up typo (I know it was intentional, no worries) since someone in our group mentioned preshitorical cavermin.
Thanks! I'm really curious to see how the trick I mentioned will work - it ought to be very useful in LFR to be a 'no problem, I'll be the tank for a couple of rounds, no really...'

Try building a non-psionic|non-psionic hybrid with 2 encounter powers from one side, 1 from the other, and use Reserve Maneuver to eliminate the last power from one side...and note how your previous sentence is actually justifying that as legal.
Even though paragraph 2 of page 136 expressly forbids that as an outcome.
As previously requested, make a new thread if you want to talk about this...
It is legal. That is how RM works. O.o You don't lose the power. It isn't any of the things listed in that paragraph because you don't lose the power. /shrug. Again, RM is not a powerswap feat.

Ok, made some changes: Updated Nalmir the Battlemind|Swordmage to 15th. I'm making some choices designed to take down the power of the build a notch. It seems to dominate attention by being so weird in play, so making it a little less effective, especially with 16th level coming up. I've been having a lot of fun with the capability of actually disarming traps, sneaking around, making diplomacy checks. No one expects the Int/Con Defender to pull such tricks.
Updated Aya the Avenger|Psion to 9th - doing a little bit of a sidetrack to leader with Shaman. Got rid of the sidetrack from 7th - seemed fun in theory, but without Dreamwalker, a little too limited in actual play - Dreamwalker makes it into an area 2 attack at level 11...The companion spirit adds some useful control/debuff and it will synergize well with Dreamwalker. Needed to get some healing as I've been in games where no one has healing whatsoever.
Thoughts?

Nalmir now 16th - changes: Made Nalmir an Ensnaring Swordmage instead of Assault, changed the Pact Initiate to Binding Initiate, got unbelievable treasure in the form of Belt of the Witch-King and Planestrider Boots, both of which could easily be considered Gold for the build. And Borrowed Confidence. I'm really curious to see how he'll play at a convention - "Hey, anyone want to go with me next to the BBEG in the back row?"
I made him Ensnaring because I don't actually think Ensnaring is all that bad. I've got tons of movement capabilities - by being able to teleport enemies to me, I can control where all the enemies end up.
Aya now 10th - changes: Picked up Mending Spirit and a Pure Spirit Totem +1. This gives her decent enough healing. Now has 4 open item slots.

Nalmir now 17th - changes and notes: Got more great treasure in the form of Greater Armor of Eyes and Elven Chain Shirt +2. The convention tables definitely appreciated his ability to get himself and another PC into the back ranks. His theme is really up in the air. I'm not set on it by any means.
Ensnaring worked out reasonably well. It definitely added an option that disrupted enemy tactics.
Aya now 11th - changes and notes: Made her a Dreamwalker and changed her over to Master of Stories now that her Charisma bumped up to 13 - while it isn't great to lose the Spirit, really hard to pass up Master of Stories. Kinetic Buffer now has a lot to offer with it being essentially an area attack that can push Wis from a point of origin 10 squares away.
