So... I have a LOT of Dungeon material to read and I was wondering myself, 'why I don't ask the others DM which is the best material published?' And after that 'Why limit my question to Dungeon material?'
Then here you are... I'm running an Eberron campaign but you don't limit your answers because of that. I prefer 4e material but if a 3.5 adventure is reallly really good I can convert it to 4e (actually I'm running Eyes of the Lich Queen)
I'm waiting your answers. Thank you.

What level are you currently playing? That will help narrow it down a bunch.
Here are the PHB essentia, in my opinion: - Three Basic Rules (p 11)
- Power Types and Usage (p 54)
- Skills (p178-179)
- Feats (p 192)
- Rest and Recovery (p 263)
- All of Chapter 9 [Combat] (p 264-295)
A player needs to read the sections for building his or her character -- race, class, powers, feats, equipment, etc. But those are PC-specific. The above list is for everyone, regardless of the race or class or build or concept they are playing.

I only really liked two of the official published adventures:
Tomb of Horrors 4E P2 Demon Queen's Enclave

Just wrapped up The King of Trollhaunt Warrens. I don't have much basis for comparison, but I thought it was pretty good. There are lots of ways to customize it.

I honestly love Dungeon Delve. For when I want some help on inspiration and story framework, or need something quick for a game, I love how Dungeon Delve gives you the basics, and then you can prep or improvise as much or as little as you like from there. Often, I don't want or need - or simply don't have the time to go through - a fully fleshed out 20+ page adventure. Dungeon Delve offers tons of options and variety at every level. I've created and expanded into entire adventures and campaign arcs just with some Dungeon Delve adventure seeds and NPCs.

Yes, Dungeon Delve is good. I kicked of King of Trollhaunt Warrens with Delve 11 and the throwaway NPC mentioned there has become an iconic figure in our game.

Now I'm running Eyes of the Lich Queen for a lvl 6 group. In one hand is good to have material of my group level (is automatic to run it) but in the other hand I want to copy ideas of any material no matter what level is my group.
Thank you for your answers and.keep participating maybe this tread would be a 'bibliography database' for all the masters

Then you can recommend me "non official" material

Dead by Dawn (Dungeon 176)
will edit with more when I've got some time, just throwing it out there while I remember
edit:
I like Dead by Dawn because it does a great job of integrating a skill challenge with a combat, in a wave structure that makes it easy to adjust the difficulty on the fly, and also does a great job of really getting through the idea that PCs are not immortal, there are ways in which they can die; without ever actually putting them at a dangerous risk of killing them by accident.
The difference between madness and genius is determined only by degrees of success.
