Here's a level 30 build I'm working on, to compare the DPR of this class to other strikers. I think it shows I need to scale back some things. The level 30 DPR for this build is 126.27, which is a bit too good, unless I made a mistake somewhere in my calculations? Updated: Scaled back some powers a tiny bit.

Good job, you should write an article for dragon ! Would love to see it as official material -> I already have a build in mind (avenger|arcane archer for avenger oath + oath for RBA feat, student of caipon and sage of ages -> 18-20 crit, roll thrice, hunt crits. Also, if enemy moves away, rba, if enemy attacks you rba )

Hah, thanks. I have written an article for Dragon, just not about this Unfortunately, Dragon would never accept something like this in the magazine. Not from a freelancer like me, anyway. Keep in mind, I plan to tweak some of the power down a bit on this class (that DPR seems too high, I don't want this class to do better DPR and control than a ranger, that's imbalanced. I am trying to aim to have it do about 80-90% of the damage that an optimized ranger does and make up for it with its control abilities.) I've just been busy. Chris Perkins is having me write another Dragon article, but unfortunately he wants me to set it in a campaign setting that I know very little about, so I've been busy studying up to learn what I need to know to write a solid piece. I'll come back to this and polish when I'm done writing my latest article.
We would ALL love to see this as official stuff! Good luck on the article, i'm looking forward to it. What's it about?
Also, I wold love to see a power that on-hit allows a teleport, either yourself, the enemy or an adjacent ally. I have not rememorized the entire class, is there perhaps already a power like that? That's just an effect I would love to see :D Being able to teleport yourself before and attack does wonders (like nimble strike for the ranger), and being able to teleport an would really make you popular within the group!
Thanks for making this - great job. I was poking around on the forums looking for a replacement or houserule on the Seeker and found this. I'm impressed enough that I'll be making this instead
Though as we use Amethyst technology rules in our game, I'll be flavoring it into a technology-based class similar to Final Fantasy 6's Magitech. Power Armor Proficiency feat + Arcane Archer totally works.
Here is an updated level 30 build, with DPR, encounter and daily Novas. At-Will DPR is about the same as a ranger. Encounter and Daily novas do less damage than a ranger (though still a lot), but are better at control (AOE's and lots of stunning).

We would ALL love to see this as official stuff! Good luck on the article, i'm looking forward to it. What's it about?
I actually have two articles now waiting to see the presses. Can't say what either is about specifically due to NDA's, but one is a Bazaar of the Bizarre and one is a Winning Races.

If you want to focus on telelportation, I would recommend a Feypact archer. 4th level Fey pact lore increases your teleports by 2, which is particularly useful if you take the Ethereal Sidestep level 10 utility power, giving you an at-will teleport of 3 (which can be boosted further with a number of items.). Your pact boon should also give you plenty of opportunities to teleport about the battlefield. As far as teleporting the enemies you shoot goes, I would recommend the Wierdwarp Enchantment level 6 utility power, as well as the Curse of Displacement and Flitting Shadows feats. There are also a number of Warlock daily attack powers you can take that teleport both you and your enemies.
By the way, I'd very much appreciate it if everyone who is a fan of this class would put something like "My favorite hb class: the Arcane Archer (essentials warlock)" in their signature. It would be really awesome and help get this creation more exposure
