Don't know why it took me su ****ing long, I've added this masterpiece to my signature. 

Look at my Playable Illithid, my Monster Generating excel file , my Lifestealer in progresss (Heroic tier almost complete!) , our Improved Orc, our Improving Kenku and our Improving Duergar
Also, take a look at my friend's Improved Minotaur, Gadren's amazing Arcane Archer and of course the Avatar Project

I am thinking of making a nice PDF of this, with extra content, and selling it on my website for $1.

I have a very reliable inside source at WotC that tells me they have no interest in creating any real arcane archer option (be it as a class, theme, etc.) ever in 4e, so I figure I might as well offer it myself.
