These were made using Hirst Arts molds and dental stone. Pretty much pour the molds to make individual floor, wall and accessory pieces, then glue them together. I use 1/8" particle board as bases then painted using outdoor latex paints and Warhammer acrylics for details. Fun project.

They are incredible. My Hirst Artsmolds have been packed away since my daughters were born and I probably won't get them out again for a couple more year yet until they are able to be involved withthe casting. Even with the molds that is an incredible job detailing and painting them up.

Your tiles look fantastic, but I have to ask - what do you do with the large/huge monsters that overlap the walls?
Also, stop tempting me to get more from dwarven forge -.-
