Uber controller with "at-will" burst 2 auto-dominate (save ends).
Uber striker with 4-5 attacks per turn (the damage roll kind).
Uber defender, with insubstantial battlemind.
Uber leader, with... umm... well... granting OA's to allies... yea... they'll feel useful

Only uses 1 item, plenty of room in the feats (frost cheese, a nice weapon) and powers (lightning rush), and you can shift the attributes somewhat (not Con or Int).

Note that i took arcane prodigy at lvl 10, and retrained it to arcane initate at 21.

 The trick Show

1) Archmage turns Visions of Wrath an encounter power.
2) Use it though Master's Surge.
3) Miss all targets (13 Int and no impliment*), who are then stunned.
4) Master's surge makes it (save ends), and doesn't expend.
5) Royal Command of Asmodues makes it dominate.
6) You missed with an attack, so you can use brilliant recovery.
7) Life Charm and Unnatural Vitality let you stay below 0.
8) Death's Quickening and Ghostly Vitality give you an extra actions while below 0.
9) Spend 1-2 moves, 3 minors on brilliant recovery.

*Offering of Blood let's you reroll a hit 1/encounter.  Archmage let's you recharge Master's Surge 2 times per day, and arcane mastery adds a few more.  So while you can't indefinatly dominate someone, you have enough to consider it at-will for combats.

F-111 Interdictor Long (200+ squares) distance ally teleporter.  With some warlord stuff.  Broken in a plot way, not a power way.
Thought Switch   Higher level build that grants upto 14 attacks on turn 1.  If your allies play along, it's broken.
Elven Critters Crit op with crit generation.  5 of these will end anything.  Broken.
King Fisher Does an excellent job at keeping an enemy disabled in a few ways.  Strong.
Boominator Fun catch-22 booming blade build with either strong or completely broken damage depending on your reading.
Very Distracting Warlock Lot's of dazing and major penalties to hit.  Overpowered.
Pocket Protector Pixie Stealth Knight. Maximizing the defender's aura by being in an ally's/enemy's square.
Yakuza NinjIntimiAdin: Perma-stealth Striker that offers a little protection for ally's, and can intimidate bloodied enemies. Very Strong.
Chargeburgler with cheese Ranged attacks at the end of a charge along with perma-stealth. Solid, could be overpowered if tweaked.
Void Defender Defends giving a penalty to hit anyone but him, then removing himself from play. Can get somewhat broken in epic.
Scry and Die Attacking from around corners, while staying hidden. Moderate to broken, depending on the situation.
Skimisher Fly in, attack, and fly away. Also prevents enemies from coming close. Moderate to Broken depending on the enemy, but shouldn't make the game un-fun, as the rest of your team is at risk, and you have enough weaknesses.
Indestructible Simply won't die, even if you sleep though combat.
Sir Robin (Bravely Charge Away) He automatically slows and pushes an enemy (5 squares), while charging away. Hard to rate it's power level, since it's terrain dependent.
Death's Gatekeeper A fun twist on a healic, making your party "unkillable". Overpowered to Broken, but shouldn't actually make the game un-fun, just TPK proof.
Death's Gatekeeper mk2, (Stealth Edition) Make your party "unkillable", and you hidden, while doing solid damage. Stronger then the above, but also easier for a DM to shut down. Broken, until your DM get's enough of it.
Domination and Death Dominate everything then kill them quickly. Only works @ 30, but is broken multiple ways.
Battlemind Mc Prone-Daze Protecting your allies by keeping enemies away. Quite powerful.
The Retaliator Getting hit deals more damage to the enemy then you receive yourself, and you can take plenty of hits. Heavy item dependency, Broken.
Dead Kobold Transit Teleports 98 squares a turn, and can bring someone along for the ride. Not fully built, so i can't judge the power
Psilent Guardian Protect your allies, while being invisible. Overpowered, possibly broken
Unnamed Avenger|Runepriest/Hammer of Vengance Do lot's of damage while boosting your teams. Strong to slightly overpowered.
Charedent BarrageA charging ardent. Fine in a normal team, overpowered if there are 2 together, and easily broken in teams of 5.
Super Knight A tough, sticky, high damage knight. Strong.
Super Duper Knight Basically the same as super knight, only far more broken.
Mora, the unkillable avenger Solid damage, while being neigh indestuctable. Overpowered, but not broken.

Monster attacks are level+5 vs level+14, or level+3 vs level+12.  So your hit chance is always 0.6.  The damage is (level+8) in the usual case, so the DPR of a dominated monster beating on itsself is 0.6*(level+8).  Or 22.8 at level 30.

+2 from CA = 26.6.

Only thing I can think of is Borrowed Confidence SM lvl 16 or use the power through a luckblade for a daily reroll.

Offering of Blood Warlock 16. You'll take some damage, but mass dominating you probably won't be taking much from anything else. And it's also useable on more than just attack rolls.

Hmm....

Secrets of Belial -> Offering of Blood (warlock 16), or Secrets of Belial - > Borrowed Confidence.

The first let's you dominate longer....
The second let's you finish battles quicker, and need to dominate less..

What is that? You want Visions of Wrath to be Admixtured Thunder for Resounding Thunder? We can do that...

This combo has been thrown around before, but the comboing with Brilliant Recovery is very neat.

Certainly an option.  As is spell focus.

Yea, i found it a good while ago (though i suggested sorcerer, since they can use the PP/ED before 30).  But fresh revenant changes, and more familiarity with battleminds helps bring the out the full win.

This build is hilarious. I can imagine a DM's face when they realize you are using two dailies, repeatedly, and you desperately want to make sure that you miss.

I just wanted to say that this is a Theoretical Optimization work of art.  DPR is probably "only" 350 or so (until you have them spend their action not attacking you, but intead running around your spark slippers and provoking), but it's a pure work of art.  Well done, good sir.
