Hello really need to ask your help with character builder on behalf of a friend of mine. Was over at his house recently, getting ready for our campaign, but now the character builder just won't open at all, the hourglass appears like its loading, but only for half a second and then nothing. It was working when he had windows 7 installed, but he went back to XP professional since it was reccomended for his comuter (its kinda old :p), but now, as I said before, won't even open. We've uninstalled and reinstalled silverlight, as well as updated the .NET and deleted browser cache/cookies. Not even the updater will run for some reason. Does he have a faulty XP install? or maybe something else, if you have any idea, please let me know so I can possibly stop him from throwing a fit :p
