 Sorry again, back to our story... As Mane and Waye creep up to just within sight of it, they hide just behind some bushes as the doctor follows behind with his "boomstick". Mane draws his crossbow, and slowly loads it... the floppsie sits against the great machine, slumped over. "What now?" he says looking the doctor. Dr.Phobis is just behind the two men at the top. There is forest on both sides of the road... Spidermonkey must pick his starting spot, in the trees just out of sight. Pilz is in a bush, hiding... must also indicate which bush is his starting spot. and where is the dingy? The younger of the three men is back down the road guarding yours and their gear...
Why did the hoop cross the road?

The Viscous Kid skirts the edge of the forest, blending in perfectly with his surroundings (disguised as a Nor Merigan Wilde Boate, Navis vilis) and making surprisingly little noise. (Moving left (west) along the top row, Kid Viscous is Invisible, and makes a Stealth check to become hidden (1d20+10=18).)

 As Dr.Phobic approaches he notices a large amount of blood, and a large hole in its chest... it appears to be dead. Its holding a short sword in one hand and some type of ammunition in the other. Mane and Waye are looking out on both sides of the Dr. and he instructed, Mane climbing on top of the back of the truck for a better view. Pilz lies in the upper right square of the large bush, completely blended in keeping watch as well. As Kid Viscous skirts along the northern part of the woods he sees and hears nothing. Spidermonkey, up higher in the trees, notices several creatures approaching from the woods north of you (off the map), they arent approaching very fast... you have a minute or two. What do you do? I once again appoligize for the bad pics, using my phone till I can figure out the camera uploading stuff...

Doctor Phobic will take the ammo and examine the wound in the hoop, trying to determine what sort of weapon it was killed with. He will then check to see if the upturned chariot has go-juice.
If it has go-juice, he may decide to make a firewall between the party and the approaching (presumed) villains.
Alternatively, he may use the go-juic as a fuse to blow the truck when the nasties get close enough. How dry is the forest on the North Side?
